I'm a Child & Adolescent & Adult Accredited CBT & Accredited EMDR psychotherapist, and I deeply believe in the power of a safe, compassionate space to help people process life’s most challenging experiences. My passion lies in helping people move past their pain and begin the journey towards healing. I’m mum to two delightful children in primary and secondary school, and our family is completed by two energetic dogs who keep me active and grounded with our daily walks! I work online only.
