A little about me. I have over 10 years’ experience working in mental health, beginning my career as a Mental Health Nurse within the NHS. Over the years, I have worked across NHS, private and charitable settings, supporting people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. My experience has shaped the way I practise today. I believe effective therapy should be evidence-based, collaborative and tailored to the individual. I currently provide online therapy for adults aged 18 +
