About me
I have over 30 years experience working in mental health and I have been a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for more than 25 years. I provide individual therapy which can be either self-funded or paid for through insurance (e.g. BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva etc). Please contact me for my current fees. I have experience with many client groups including adult mental health, adolescents, eating disorders, trauma, depression and anxiety problems including OCD.
